RETURNS PROCEDURE
We completely understand that choosing the correct colour from a computer screen is not always easy.
Therefore, we advise you to purchase a colour ring prior to placing your hair order.
Alternatively, we invite you to send us a photograph of your own hair and we will endeavour to suggest a colour we feel would be an appropriate match to your hair.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) for either quality or colour reasons, you can return your item (at your cost) within 7 days.
Before returning THEHAIRMILL Hair Extensions, please ensure that the hair is the same condition as when it was received, unopened with all the ties still in place, that the cardboard part of the packaging has not been removed or damaged. Please do not remove the ties and attempt to replace them as this will void the warranty and will not be refunded. In the case of us sending you the wrong item, or them being faulty on delivery, please return the product to us for exchange and we will credit your carriage and redeliver the correct order at our own cost.
When returning your hair extensions because you have chosen the wrong colour or length, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. They must remain as new as per our returns policy above. Please then send them within 7 days of delivery (at your cost) with a reputable courier service or special delivery so you can track the item back to us. The courier or postal authorities will provide you with insurance and a tracking number should any delivery dispute arise. We will not be held liable if the returned products do not arrive and will only replace items that have arrived safely. If in any circumstance the sticker seal has been opened, your hair extensions will not be eligible for a return or refund.
